I am using Blackberry Professional Software Express, which is basically a 1 license version (if this makes a difference). I went ahead and followed your send as guide, and the ACL's are staying. But I still cant get past the activation screen. I am getting the following errors in Event Viewer when I generate and send an email to my user account:Event ID 20265, SOURCE=BlackBerry Messaging Agent JUPITER Agent 1 {Ryan@mydomain.us} MAPIMailbox::CreateSearchFolder - Open Entry (0x80070005) failed
along with:
Event ID 20154, User Ryan not started.
