You cannot manually add new service books but Live Messenger is supported on the Australia networks if you have a BlackBerry Data plan. Assuming you have a Blackberry plan go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > Press menu > Select Register Now. Now resend your Service Books from either the BlackBerry Web Client or the Email Settings icon on the device.
