also I have tried the battery solution several times...the trackball literally is non existent...it moves physically, but why on earth would RIM manufacture a product for resale at TMO with 256MB of memory? That is ludicrous...if that is the problem...regardless after 38 days (now) and counting I have a large paperweight and absolutely no support from TMO except that they will send me a refirb phone in about a week. I am a business person and use this phone for business reasons...its useless
