Hi,

Just as an FYI if you have signed up for a $59.95 BES plan you are paying for a plan that you are not using (This is for users connecting to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server only). First you need to go back to Optus and change the plan to a BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) plan which is around $30pm. The BES plan you are on does not provide the "Internet Browser" by default so they can charge you for all web and application data. Once the correct plan is on your account you must go to Options > Advanced Options > Browser and set the default to Internet Browser.
