Second reply. I was told I needed a BES plan as we have a Microsoft Exchange server at work. The two BES plans offer either 1MB for $29.95 or unlimited for $59.95. I opted for the unlimited.

This will lead me to another question.

Will the gmail account still be free on the BES plan?

Thanks

Malcolm
Unless you have a Blackberry Enterprise Server at work which you need to be activated onto you do not need a BES plan. I assume you setup your email via the BlackBerry Web Client? If this is the case you need to call Optus as you are being over charged, as mention you only need a $30 (I think it may even be a little less) unlimited BIS plan.
