Gary a little off topic, but I also tried to update Software and it said that I couldn't because I'm now using Professional. I downloaded version 4.6 from the Blackberry site, but cannot install through the desktop software, I take it there is a way of loading this on the server so it up dates ?

You will just need to delete the "@telstra.ap.blackberry.net [CICAL]" and it should remove the BIS calendar. Also go into Options > Advanced Options > Default Services > Ensure all items are set to Desktop.
With regards to your 4.6 upgrade I assume you have downloaded the device firmware to your PC running Desktop manager? Also depending on your BES configuration you may need to edit the I.T Policy and set "Allow Non Enterprise Upgrades" to True.
