Hi Jason,

To correct this duplicate email issue you can do a handheld wipe and then reactivate it back onto the BES. If you ensure the user account ISN'T deleted from the BES it will restore all custom device settings. Alternatively you can follow the steps that I emailed you to backup and restore data using BlackBerry desktop manager.
