It appears there is some corruption in your device firmware. In this case I would connect the device to a PC and open Blackberry Desktop Manager and perform a backup. Once the backup is complete on the device go to Options > Security Options > General Settings > Press the menu button and select "Wipe Handheld". Once the unit is finished the wipe from Desktop Manager restore the backup to the device. If you are connected to a BES server you will have to reactivate the device once the data is restored.
