Hi,
What you should do in this case is uninstall BlackBerry Desktop Manager and then reinstall it but ensure you don't select "Desktop Redirector" (this is to prevent any conflicts with your BES). If you want to restore the wireless sync option to your calendar you will need to do the following on the device:
1. Go to Options
2. Select Advanced Options
3. Select Enterprise Activation
4. In the email address feild press and hold ALT and type CNFG
5. When the hidden menu appears change wireless sync to No and Exit and Save
6. Wait 30 seconds and then repeat the process but change wireless sync back to Yes, then exit and save
7. Within 30 seconds to 1 minute and slow sync will start and return the wireless configuration back to your device. Please note that wireless sync on calendar will be re-enabled and your personal calendar item "may" sync back to notes.
