Email messages, personal identification number (PIN) messages and Short Message Service (SMS) messages are deleted due to low memory on the BlackBerry Smartphone. The first place to start would be to go to "Options > Advanced Options > Applications" and remove any non required applications, also look and see if you can remove any language packs (e.g. Japanese and Chinese) and sample videos. The next thing to confirm is that your photos are being stored on the Media card instead of the internal memory. To check this setting open the camera application and then press the menu button and select options, then ensure “Store Pictures” is set to “On Media Card”
