Hi all,
We have two BES for Exchange 4.1.4 servers sharing the same SQL config database (one in Perth and one in Melbourne - the database is on the Melbourne BES).
We have built a new Perth BES to refresh the existing one and received a temporary licence from RIM while we moved users across.
Now we would like to decommission the old Perth server.
I have been unable to find a clear process for this activity. There is a KB article titled, "How to change from temporary to permanent license and SRP authentication for IBM Lotus Domino" -

But I have found nothing for Exchange. We have 370 people on the new Perth BES so I need to make sure I have a neat transition of licenses to ensure minimal disruption.
Rebooting the server is not a problem but such things as making sure the SRP is registered with the RIM NOC I am unsure about.
Can anyone help?
