Daylight Saving Western Australia
I have a 7130g purchased from Telstra before Western Australia started its Daylight Saving trial in 2006. It is now running under software version 4.2.1.66on the handheld and Desktop Manager 4.1.1.9. Synchronisation with Outlook 2003 (running under Windows XP SP2) has always changed appointment times by 1 hour during daylight saving periods despite (I believe) all the correct Microsoft patches being applied). I only recently upgraded the handheld to 2.4 so that has not been tried with daylight saving. I do not use email synch of any type and have no link to a BES. I recently upgraded to Outlook 2007 and want to switch carriers to Vodafone and purchase a Blackberry Bold on which I will use BIS. My question is whether I will still have the daylight saving problems or will everything work fine when WA switches over to daylight saving again :confusedin October 2008.
