Hi,
In this scenario you are best to backup the BlackBerry database and then uninstall the BES installations from the servers. Once removed perform an install from one of the servers using an installer which includes SP6 (I will PM you the details) and upgrade the database (ideally the first BES that was installed). Once the database is upgraded reinstall the additional BES servers and they should connect to the database correctly.
