In Australia you can use the following providers for Professional Blackberry support:
1. Mobile Network
2. Si Partners
3. Computer Ezy
4. MSC
Just so you are aware I am the Senior BES Engineer at Mobile Network. I also know the guys at Si Partners and Computer Ezy so I can also recommend their services. If you have any question please feel free to post them here as we are more than happy to help you.
