Please if anyone know how to get the media manager to work on the blackberry pearl running on vista.
We have tried countless times on
re-installing,
repairing,
uninstalling,
upgrading and still nothing happens when we click media manager other than the error listed below.
The error box title reads:
Roxio Easy Media Creater
The error message:
The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it.
