If you install BES on your Exchange 2007 server you will have issues which may even result in Exchange services not functioning. The most common issue is that the BlackBerry install which changes IIS from 64Bit to 32Bit mode which will stop some Exchange services from functioning (e.g. OWA). You can install BES on a separate 64bit server but you should not install it on the Exchange server.
