Have a squiz in the registry here
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Database
or here
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Database
you might see a plaintext password
