Procedure
For BlackBerry Internet Service 2.x accounts, complete the following steps:- Navigate to the BlackBerry Internet Service web site and log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service account.

https://<domain.name.com>/exchange/< mailboxname>/Inbox.....
- Click Next. The OWA account should appear in your list of integrated email accounts.
For BlackBerry Internet Service 1.8 accounts, complete the following steps:- Navigate to the BlackBerry Internet Service web site and log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service account.

- Click the Leave messages on mail server check box.
- Click Submit. If you see the Your email account has been successfully set up message, the integration is complete. If you see the We were unable to configure this mailbox message, the integration failed for one of the following reasons:
- The email account information was entered incorrectly. Repeat the process.
- There is a temporary connection problem between the BlackBerry Internet Service web site and the Microsoft Exchange Server on which your mailbox resides. Try integrating your account later.
