Details

The following logs are useful for troubleshooting PocketMac for BlackBerry smartphones issues:

PMSystemReport.txt

• Generated after an error occurs with PocketMac for BlackBerry smartphones
• Located on the desktop of the Apple® Macintosh® computer
• To generate a PMSystemReport.txt file, select Help on the toolbar, and then click System Report

Synclog.log

• Shows the synchronization history for the Messages and organizer applications
• Located at HD\<Username>\Library\Application Support\PocketMacSyncManager

Note: Make sure PocketMac for BlackBerry smartphones is not open when you open the Synclog.log file.


PocketMacSyncManager.crash.log

• Shows a list of the system processes that are running when PocketMac for BlackBerry smartphones crashes
• Located at HD\<Username>\Library\Logs\CrashReporter
