Desktop Email Sync with Outlook 03

Hi, first post so go easy on me.
I've just started up a telstra BIS email system on my pearl and was wondering how I can sync my emails on my handheld with my outlook?
I've installed the desktop manager version 4.2.2 but the reconcile messages tab under syncronize is greyed out which i'm assuming I need?
Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to be double handling emails if I can help it.

Hi,

To get started you will first need to connect your device via the USB cable supplied. Once connected open BlackBerry desktop Manager and the software should detect your device, if it does from the top menu select the connection settings and select USB. Once Desktop Manager is able to see your device double click the Synchronize icon and ensure the "Synchronize Organizer Data" checkbox is selected. Now select the "Configuration" tab at the top (Still within the Synchronization menu) and then press "Configure Synch...”, you will now be able to select the "Contacts, Calendar" etc and then select Outlook when prompted. Once you have made all your selections return to the Synchronize tab and select "Synchronize Now".

Cheers for the reply Gary.
But it's actually only the email reconciliation that won't work. If I go into the config tab the option to configure email reconciliation is just greyed out so I can't select it.
The contacts and organizer data is no worries and everything else about the desktop manager seems to be working fine.
It's got me stumped, so any other ideas?

The email reconciliation option is only for users on the Blackberry Enterprise Server solution. This option on BES allows users to synchronize "Online" files with "Offline" PST files.
