Lotus Notes (7) not an option when setting up Synch in BDM 4.3

I only get the options of Outlook, Yahoo or ASCII conversion when configuring sync to Address, Calendar for my Curve. Why isn't Lotus Notes 7 available?

Attempting to set it up on:
Win XP laptop (corporate - no BES)

Thanks,

Hi,

Desktop manager does support Lotus Notes 6, 6.5 & 7 so there must be a configuration issue. Please refer to the link below to perform a clean uninstall of BDM and then try reinstalling once complete: http://www.blackberryforums.com.au/forums/blackberry-desktop-manager/71-how-perform-clean-uninstall-blackberry-desktop-software.html

Thanks,

Gary

Gary: Tried clean uninstall a couple of times; even cleaned out some old Palm and Commontime registries - no luck. Still only getting the same 3 options and no Lotus Notes options. Any other options I can try?

Have a look at KB10140 as it covers this exact error but it was written for Notes 5.0\6.0. I have also researched this issue on other forums and the only resolution that worked was:

"Just had the same problem while updating from 3.6 to 4.1, and solved it.
Problem comes from the traces left behind on your computer by BB Desktop 3.6. You therefore need to make a clean uninstall of 3.6, then register atl.dll, then install 4.1. All options will be available, but you might get "OK" button missing."
