Problem
When attempting to synchronize the BlackBerry device, the following error is displayed on the computer:
The selected account for the calendar does not exist...
Resolution
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
- Ensure that the BlackBerry device is connected to the computer using the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable.
- Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager, and type the password of the BlackBerry device, if prompted.
- Double-click Intellisync > Reset configuration.
Once the above steps have been completed, attempt to synchronize the BlackBerry device again.
