Problem
Each time you make a call on your Bluetooth-enabled Blackberry, your Bluetooth device disconnects from your handheld when the call ends.
Cause
Trust mode is not enabled.
Resolution
Enabling trust mode prevents your BlackBerry from disconnecting from your Bluetooth device after each call.
- From the BlackBerry main menu, select Options > Bluetooth. The Paired Device screen appears.
- Scroll to your Bluetooth device and click the trackwheel.
- Select Device Properties.
- Set the Trusted field to Yes.
