Custom ring tone problems

Okay, never had this before with my Pearl, but want to use one of the loaded songs as a ring tone for my better half (stored under my music).

Am able to get it loaded onto her profile and then go to save the changes, when I get the message "PIN must be 8 characters long" .....

I have had a hunt around in the help section but cannot find anything that appears to relate to this.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi Tfer,

Is your partners’ device connected to a BES? If you are getting prompted to enter a password or create a password it may be due to an I.T Policy that is place on the work server. Can you please confirm the way the device is configured and post back?

Thanks,

Gary

No probs! Sometime these issues can be resolved by simply restarting the device.
