Internet Browser has Disappeared

I'm on the Optus BB plan with free email and internet browsing and have had browser set to Internet Browser option. All functioning well. Suddenly after a backup of address book etc, I lost the Internet Browser icon and it was replaced with Optus Zoo. I've checked Browser settings and there's only Optus Zoo.
Obviously if I continue to use this it will rack up costs. What has happened and how can I restore i.browser. I've done a soft reset and removed battery etc. Thanks.

On your device go to "Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table" and press the menu button and select "Register Now". Once this is done an email will arrive confirming the registration of your service and update service books. If this doesn't return the browser icon log onto your BIS client and select the "Resend Service Book" option. Please post back with an update once this is done.
