I have an 8310 which recently needed to be replaced. I tried to sync my new 8310 and started to get sync problems.
I foolishly thought that I have done something wrong, so I decided to remove the BB software and reload it from the disk I was provided with.
Major mistake. Since doing this I cannot get the BB software loaded. I just get a wizzard message telling me that the installation was terminated before installation was completed.
I have been pulling my hair out trying to rsolve this, even my network provider is shying away.
Does any one know what I need to do?
