Cannot download applications to 8310

I'm trying to download a GPS application, but when I use the install links provided by Google maps or Nav4All, I get the following error:

"907 Invalid COD
HTTP Error
406: Not Acceptable"

I have open access to websites, and I've run the IT Policy down to Default just in case, but no luck.

Any ideas?

Hi Ben,

If your BlackBerry Server's MDS component is configured to access the web via a proxy server the proxy may be preventing the application download. If you had an I.T Policy set to prevent applications from being installed you would be notified on the device that a policy is preventing the download. Can you please confirm that you are able to browse other pages via the device?

I can browse other sites without any issues. It only seems to be a problem with doing application installs from websites.

Can you please try restarting the MDS service? Also confirm in your I.T Policy if Third Party application downloads are blocked.
