Free BlackBerry Themes +

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and I didn't see a place for this so I thought I'd put this out there.

I've developed a new forum for Blackberry's loaded with Free Themes, Wallpapers and Ringtones.

Most of them are my own creations, but there are other developers out there contributing as well... and it's nice to see! Below are some examples of themes that we offer...again, for Free! Feel free to visit us or to even contribute!
Black Light Themes Forum - Powered by vBulletin

I'll be an active member here, I've already found a lot of good ideas and advice! Thanks for your time.

Most of our custom themes are useable on 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5 OS devices. We have many themes to choose from for all 83XX, 88XX and 81XX BlackBerry devices.

And many, many more themes, wallpapers and ringtones at Black Light Themes Forum - Powered by vBulletin

Hi there! I have found this to be VERY helpful info! I have gone to several different sites looking for wallpaper & ringtones, and was very dissapointed that there were no themes available for the blackberry curve! So when I stumbled upon your post I went to that site to check it our right away! I am very happy to have made this discovery! Very cool site & also very easy to use! Thanks!

Theme Builder Here

Hello Everyone!! My name is Boomer and I am a theme developer from San Antonio, Texas. You can check out some of my themes I've started to post here and please feel free to request. I also have my own free theme website. SHARKBERRYDESIGNS Generally I don't charge for themes unless it's something that can't be posted for free. Nuff said. Enjoy what I place here and feel free to ask.

Hi Boomer,

Thanks for the info about your site.

I'd like to know whether it is possible to provide a Today based theme for the 9000 that has the date format as DD/MM??

There is a distinct lack of these around and there are many, many people around the globe who would appreciate themes with this date format.

Cheers,
Brian

I'll look into it and see what I can come up with.

So here's the thing. You can get a today based theme as you requested DD/MM as a today only, meaning no icons on the screen to quick launch your other apps. Just an app button. Or we can go custom and combine them but you don't quite get the same date layout. what's your choice? Any particular wallpaper backgrounds? Let me know. Also, what OS are you running?

That's excellent news, thanks!!

It's for a friend, so not sure of the FW - I know it's 4.6 ~ *** but don't know the exact revision. I aim to upgrade them to either 4.6.0.477 or one of the 5.0 series when it gets released locally.

The person is already using a combo Today with icons & date in the US format, so the Today only in DD/MM would be fine - as for theme elements, standard icons & everything else would be good so it just becomes a variation on the default themes. Wallpaper isn't a consideration as the person uses photos from their device, but for the application screen, the default background would be fine.

Cheers,
Brian
