"Old Email" Reconciliation Problem

Hi- had some problems with my Blackberry where I had to wipe the handheld, and then complete the Enterprise ReActiviation. Now that this is complete, I am getting all NEW emails to my Blackberry, but all my old emails from my Outlook Inbox (and sent mail) folders aren't appearing.

How can I synchronise these and have them appear on my Blackberry? Any help appreciated!

ALSO- when I delete from Outlook, it doesn't delete from the BB.....

Hi,

When you wipe your device and reactivate without deleting your BES account will only send new items to the device. If you wipe the device and then delete the BES account before reactivating the "Pre-Population" setting will deliver old emails to the device. By default the Pre-Population option is set to 5 days or up to 200 messages, this can only be set to a maximum of 14 days and 750 messages. If you wish to restore all your old emails to the device you should have taken a backup prior to wiping and then restore the messages prior to reactivation.
