Hi,

Are you using the Blackberry Internet Service (BIS) or are you connected to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES)? If you are on BES you need to delete the "Desktop [CMIME]" service book and then have your I.T Administrator resend the service books. If you are on BIS you need to delete the "<email account> [CMIME]" service book and then from the BIS website resend your service books.

Note: Service Books are located in Options > Advanced Options > Service Book. To delete an item simply highlight the service book and press the menu button (or trackwheel on older devices) and select Delete.

Thanks,

Gary

On the BES just right mouse click your username and select "Resend Service Books".
