Hi,

This error is indicating that your device battery is to low to power the device. Please try connecting removing and reinserting your device battery whilst it is connected via USB or wall power.

Thanks,

Gary

Hi,
Keep your device plugged into an external power source (preferably a wall outlet) for at least 60 minutes with the battery in the device. This fault can occur if the battery is very low.
Let us know how you go.
Kind Regards,
Greg Myers
