Incoming email displays as Read already
I am on a BB individual solution. I've got an 8700 series BB. I have updated my service books. My problem is all my incoming emails are displayed as "read" already.
When I first receive the incoming email from my outlook inbox, they are in bold letters which alerts me that they are still not read. It takes about another 15 minutes before these emails are forwarded to the BB automatically. After being forwarded, the email is tagged as "read", the text is not bold anymore even though I have not actually opened it. Hence, the incoming emails I get on my BB is tagged as "read".
Has anyone had issues like this before?
