Invalid SIM error

Hi,
I got this 8700G phone off the internet and am unable to use my Optus SIM. It gives the error 'invalid SIM'

I know the system boots up as T-Mobile. Does anyone know how I could get this working?

Send an e-mail to T-Mobile through their website at Support - Send us an e-mail and request an unlock code for your Blackberry. You will have to provide them with your devices PIN and IMEI for with "Options > Status". Once they process your request (48 hours) they will email back the unlock code and instructions.
