8700 desktop manager on terminal server
we have a virtual server and i want to sync by blackberry to me remote desktop. any advice as i cant seem to get it working

When using VM and/or Terminal services you won't be able to get Blackberry Manager to connect to a remote USB port. Are you running Exchange? It may be quicker and easier to just install the free version of BlackBerry Enterprise Server and have everything Sync wirelessly.
