Hi CM,

On the Blackberry please do the following:

1. Select Options (Spanner Icon)
2. Select Security Options
3. Select General Settings
4. Press the track wheel and select Wipe Handheld and follow the prompts

By following these steps it will restore the device back to factory defaults.

Thanks,

Gary

Sorry I didn't realize you had already setup the device with your email settings. Normally you would do a handheld wipe prior to setting up the device for a new user. In your situation what you can do to remove the old users email icon is:

1. Select Options (Spanner Icon)
2. Select Advanced Options
3. Select Service Book
4. Locate the service book that contains the old users email address, then highlight it and press the trackwheel and select delete.

What other old data is still on the device?
