Syncing bluettoth devices

Hi I have an 8700G and cannot sync with either a blueant supertooth 11 or a Itech Arrow 1 earpiece. The thing picks up everything else around it to about 20meters but not these two.
Any ideas???

Try updating the firmware to version 4.2. Let me know what carrier you purchased the device from and I will post back the link.

As I was advised in another post, by someone much more savvy than I, if you have used these devices with another handset, you may need to reset each one.... your handbook for each should reveal how to.

Good luck.
