Inbox and Sub folders Reconciliation

Hi

Am having a strange one.

I have a user who moves an e-mail to a folder which is fine but the e-mail still stays in the inbox on the Blackberry aswell as the being in the subfolder.

Have hide files messages set to yes and still no joy, any ideas?

Am using an 8700g Blackberry with Lotus Notes

Hi,

Does the email left in the inbox have an envelope or folder icon beside it once filed? Also is the email being filed correctly in notes?

No it has the unopened icon, the message is being filed correctly in Notes.
I have tested this on my BB which is a 8820

Assuming this is only happening for one or a few user please upgrade the firmware on the device and then reactivate. I have seen a few strange issues with 8700 devices and BES for Domino which have been corrected by updating firmware. Also what is the exact version of BES that you are running? e.g. 4.1.4.15
