Wrong letters showing on screen

Hello all;

I have an issue when i type any letter in my mail composing or sms area it shows wrong letter means when i press k it show jk on screen. Let me clear you one thing i am using 8700g

The first thing I need you to do is perform a hard reset by removing and then reinserting the battery after 30 seconds. Normally these issues are caused by physical damage but on the odd occasion they are caused by firmware corruption. To upgrade your device firmware you will need to refer to your network providers BlackBerry update site.
