blackberry 8700c Rim

I sold a Blackberry 8700c Rim to a friend and we cant get my email address off of it. She took it to another carrier, from AT&T to T-MOBILE and we had to go through the whole unlock code thing. I would folllow your WIPE instructions but she has the phone and SHE CAN'T understand instructions to repeat the unlock process so could you explain how to erase my email address from the device and repalce it with hers so i may email it to her PLEASE!?

Hi,

All you need to do is call your carrier and request they delete any existing BIS account and ensure the PIN\IMEI are removed from their system. Then on the device go to Options > Security Options > General Settings > Press trackwheel > Select Wipe Handheld > Follow the prompts.

Thanks,

Gary
