From this link below select the 8700c from the list, then select next. Once the list appears select the download option from the first firmware package. Note to install this on your device you will have to delete or rename the vendor.xml file on the computer.

Dear Besadmin

i have dounloaded the multilanguage pack, and i installed it in the machine where desktop manager is installed,
i connected my BB Handled to the system through USB Cable
i double clicked application loader
a wizard started
in the device application selection everything is disabled excipt the add button
the open window (promt to search for alx,ali files )
here i stuck what to do and where is the Semitic option, i didn't find it please advice
what is the issue

Before you go any further with this update please let us know which service provider you purchased the device from. This may make this update a lot easier.

the provider is STC, Saudi telcomunication Company, in saudi arabic

now please guide me i stucked here

In order to install the new firmware you need to rename or delete the file below. Also please proceed with caution as this should only be carried out by experienced BlackBerry or I.T. technicians. Also please contact STC to see if they are able to provide updated firmware, also ensure the BlackBerry web service you are using supports Arabic.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\VENDOR.XML
