third-party downloaded programs will not run on Blackberry

I got a new 8703e Blackberry last week. Yesterday, I have downloaded several programs at the same time that I paid for from Beiks website (BlackBerry dictionaries, phrase books and other language and reference solutions by BEIKS). I had installed some programs and they didn't work. I got error message that says something like I have too many applications or applications are full, even though, I have plenty of storage or memory left. What gives? So, I had to delete all of them and install one program at a time until the next program doesn't work or doesn't show up on dictionary reader list, even though, they are on the list of applications under Advance Options.

Right now, the applications I have working are: LexSpell, KJV translation for Bible Reader, Easton's Bible Dictionary, King James' Bible Dictionary, Pocket Guide To Medications, and English Dictionary Standard. After that, what's not working or not showing up on Dictionary Reader list are: ASV translation for Bible Reader, MedicineNet's Pocket Guide to Medications for Blackberry 4.1, and English Dictionary Gold for Beiks Dictionary. If I delete several dictionaries, ASV will work or I install other dictionary first, then the other dictionary that was listed will not be listed.

When I had both KJV and ASV installed, when opening other Bible translation, I got error message that says: "Can't find resource module, resource module is corrupt or other I/O error". When exiting Bible Reader, I got error message that says: "Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException".

Do any one of you have any solutions about fixing this problem? Thanks.

Have you been restarting your device after you install the applications?

Yes, I did. After installing programs, the device did restart itself a couple of times.

A way of resolving this issue may be uninstalling any application that have been causing issues (Options > Advanced Option > Applications > Press trackwheel & select Delete). Then reinstall the applications again one at a time ensuring you check each one after it is installed. If you still continue to have errors you may need to contact the software supplier an ensure that the software is compatible with your device and/or upgrade the firmware on your device.
