Hourglass wont go away

Help! As soon as I turn on my Blackberry, a white screen with an Hourglass appears and stays there. Its been happening all weekend, doesnt go any further than that, and renders my Berry useless. Any advice would be appreciated

This issue normally indicates an error with the devices firmware. Have you installed any applications or themes recently? To resolve this error you need to remove and recently added programs or reload the device firmware. To reload the firmware you need to download the latest Telstra firmware using the link below, then using Desktop Manager run Application loader and install the updated firmware.
