Contact Book
1. In outlook I can cateogrise my contacts. However, when my blackberry syncs with outlook it imports all the contacts but not their categories. 2. I am on the BES server. The IT department has blocked add-in applications so I cannot downloan google maps. Any suggestions for a work around? Appreciate any suggestions.

- BlackBerry devices don't support Outlooks groups but you are able to create groups on the device. 2. I am on the BES server. The IT department has blocked add-in applications so I cannot download Google maps. Any suggestions for a work around? There are tricks to remove I.T policies but you will end up causing problems with your device. Also the I.T department can see any apps you have added and adding Google maps isn't worth losing your job over. First I would personally ask the I.T guys if they could add it for you.
