I assume that you have already paired your H3 to your BlackBerry device? If you haven't you can put your H3 in pairing mode using the following steps:
1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your Blackberry
2. Turn off you H3 headset
3. On the H3 hold down the call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the light stays lit. (Initially, the light will flash a few times before staying lit.)
4. On your BlackBerry open the "Set Up Bluetooth" application and search for new devices.
5. Once the search has completed select "Motorola H3" and enter the passkey of 0000.
6. Highlight the "Motorola H3" in the Paired Devices list and press the Menu button and select "Device Properties".
7. From the properties window change "Trusted" from Ask to Yes.
8. Exit and save
If you could please follow the process above to ensure the pairing was done correctly and then test your device again?
