Replacement face plate, sides etc

Does anyone know if you can buy a replacement shell for the 8800?
The plastic housing easily scratches.

Currently the only part you can purchase for the 8800 is the rear cover. You can by a special cleaning cloth and scratch remover. As an example have a look at the link below:

Is there a way of letting RIM know that they should be making them?

People like the look of the 8800 and want to see it up close; scratches aren't a selling point.

And yes I am trying to keep it housed in its case but Optus reset the ring length regularly to only 4 rings, not a lot of time to grab a call. (Despite using the extend ring length key strokes supplied in another post on this forum).

I've heard from others who have bought from there for a while that say the products are good but the shipping does take a while. However since you have no other choice its pretty good.
