Calendar Patch

OK, I've now screwed this one up. Had the calendar patch installed on my 8830 and it was working fine. I then decided to upgrade to Desktop Software 4.2.2 SP2. Now my calendar is screwed up again and each time I attempt to re-install the patch it tells me it is not required for this version.

I should have just left it alone, but NOOOOOOOOOOOO, I'm not that smart. Any ideas?

What device firmware version are you running? Also can you confirm the exact error that you are having?

Well, after many hours of work, finally got the device back to working. Not sure exactly how or why it happened, but basically I started from scratch. I wiped the device of all date, uninstalled the Desktop Software, re-installed the Desktop Software, synced the device and now all seems to be well again, except for my frustration.

Not sure how to find out about the firmware version, but will check.

As for the actual error, what was happening was that I had events on my calendar, but when using the BB Dimension Today Theme, it would list the next event from the calendar on the device, but then would list an event several days later as the next event, even though there were events on the calendar that preceded it. Hope that's not to confusing, in any event, seems to be OK now.
