Question Length of ringtone

I have a fairly simple question, yet it seems impossible to find the answer.
My boss has a 8800 and she wants to extend the length of the ring before it goes to voicemail.
We have chosen the longest ringtone on her phone, I think it is 29seconds, but it never rings for that long, it rings for approx 3 seconds then goes to voicemail.
Any suggestions.
Thanks muchly!
admingirl.

What service provider is your boss with?

As an example these are the settings for Telstra and Optus below:

Telstra Message Bank Users:
**61*101*11*25# (Press Send)

Telstra Memo Service Users:
**61*102*11*25# (Press Send)

OPTUS Message Bank Users:
**61*321**25# (Press Send)

This command will extend your ring time before diversion from 15 to 25 seconds. When you change the diversion time it should be done in blocks of 5 to a maximum of 30 (e.g 15, 20, 25 or 30).

Hi there,
Are these codes still current? I am with Telstra and have tried both strings and get, for both, "Call Forwarding No Reply:Voice forwarded t0 +61101"
Thanks

These codes are still current and the prompt you are receiving it to indicate the command has been processed.
