Weird 8830 Issue

Hi. We utilize about 70 BB's through BES and are currently upgrading them to 8830's as time allows. I've noticed on a lot of the new ones that sometimes the Browser decides to take a dive. You can access it, but there is no "Go To..." option and you cannot browse to any external sites (only takes you to the Blackberry Email page).

Removing and reinstalling the battery resolves this issue, then it may come up again in a few days. Any ideas?

Hi,

If the browser icon takes you to the "Blackberry Email page" this may indicate that you have some corrupt service books. Please retry sending them from the server and let us know how you go.
