Locked out device
When 'blackberry' is entered, he is advised that he has 1 last attempt to login left. Is there a way that I can clear the device password without erasing the device ? Regards Please disregard. I took a stab at using the set password and lock device option on the BES and it worked. Rebooted the device, got told to reset a new password and away I went. Gotta love it when a plan works

Great Suggestion this really worked for my users too. I have a BES 4.1 wiht wireless enteprise and this stab has worked for us, while my user were travelling Abroad in Australia.
