Meeting Acceptance Mail

I'll have a squiz @ the 4.1.6 domino doco tomorrow & chat to our Domino guys.

Do you know what version it was before the upgrade? & what OS are on the affected devices?

I suspect what's happening is that Meeting acceptances in Notes are automatically being 'hidden from view'
- this is done via Tools->Preferences,
- Calendar & To Do (tab)
- Display (tab)
- you'll see down the bottom "Types of meeting notices to be shown in your inbox" = "All except responses" (if you change this to "all", they will also show up in your bosses Lotus Notes).

Now this of course won't help you. (it just shows that they're actually in his inbox, but Lotus Notes is hiddening them).

The only way we could fix this issue was to create a rule to move Meeting responses to a seperate folder.

But why a BES upgrade caused this to start happening, I'm unsure (as I've only used 4.1.5 & 6 for Domino).

This issue appears to be affecting all Domino sites running BES 4.1.6. I have logged a job with RIM and I will provide an update as soon as I hear back from them.
